Installer Certification

Installer Certification and recertification courses are held at NDSL’s office once a month and training can be conducted at your location to minimize impact on your critical resources. A Cellwatch Installer Certification is valid for three years after which re-certification is required as technology and practices evolve and Cellwatch products are updated and enhanced.

On-site installer trainings are also an option for resellers that are not close to the Raleigh area. On-site installer training can be more convenient, less expensive. Installer trainings allow for more hands-on practice installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a Cellwatch system. Passing the installer training is also a qualification for becoming a Certified Cellwatch Installer.

Learn how to install and set up a Cellwatch system:

  • Learn about the components that make up a Cellwatch system
  • How the system operates:
    • Requirements

  • How to demonstrate the software user interface
  • Practice setting up alarms
  • Troubleshooting techniques
